If she was a Daughter, You Would have Given her JUSTICE

I DONT KNOW HOW I CAME TO WRITE THIS PARAGRAPH,

But after watching that video, it just went on.

And even after many efforts on Government’s part and putting the ban, the BBC made documentary has been released. What will be the consequences of this stride, time has all those answers but this movie has surely left many questions before us

Was banning the movie really a solution- And with the display of the truth, the war in government corridors is about to instigate, though it has become much arguable debate already. But i ask- is this needed? Why didn’t government want this movie to be released in India? Were they feared about the standing of our country in international streets or were they concerned about the ill-thought procedure of our country men, which the world has come to know. Were they afraid about the unsafe places of India that would hamper its tourism business or were they enraged about some another political issue, which would dent their political matters.

I don’t understand but yes I do have my views like any other common girl of this age would have been thought-  this is not something you should ban, in fact it should compulsorily be showcased to every school, college, offices and everywhere so the people of this country come to know, what India is all about. What is value of woman here? What is the worth of those tears of a mother who saw her young daughter dying in front of her eyes?  

They call it “India’s Daughter? Are we really the daughter of this vast country? If we are than does a mother treat her daughters like this? A big question mark and perhaps nobody is able to answer.

When will the victim get justice- As I mentioned earlier, Government is only concerned about how did some alien person come to India’s prison and interviewed the accused? Do we really need to find out an answer for this? Will anyone answer? What will this ban actually mean? It will stop prospective rapes? Will this save every daughter of this country? if you have answer in affirmative, go and ban the documentary. But sadly, there is nothing like this. 

Everything is clear before that goddess of justice. Every face has been recognised. The crime has been admitted than why you are DELAYING the procedure. What is the need of pushing the case in different courts, what is the need of appeal and appeal all over again? is it not the duty of Supreme court to announce its final deicison as soon as possible or will it wait for some other defecnce on the accused parts even after knowing that he is an Accused?

How much more delay you are going to make? Or will the victim never get the needed justice?

Should Such LAWYERS be allowed to Practice further- it is true it’s the duty of the lawyer to defend his client? Ok fine but does your advocacy mean to save an accused who has brutally killed a young girl? He said don’t allow your daughters to go outside with someone unknown? Mr. Advocate- are you really a man? Sir, a real man is not one who disallows girl to go out at 9 PM, the real man is one who can stop the ill happening before his eyes.

Should the Accused need not have any Regret- This is what the man-oriented society all about. Even after committing a monstrous crime, you are blaming a girl who did not even know what had happened with her? You wanted to teach a lesson.

Oh wow, what kind of lesson you man wants to teach us? We should not go outside; we should not wear clothes of our choice or anything else? If we are chilling outside, we deserve to be raped? Or something worse than this

This is the extreme limit and then the SC is waiting for another defence on accused part? Does not he need a hang up now? Stop blaming the girl, stop blaming their parenting and stop blaming the thought they carry. They are really far better than yours.

To sum up.

 Dear Government-

it is enough now. Are we going to see that juvenile accused wandering in the streets after few years? Yes you have a juvenile justice act but is not he a victim?. He did a heinous crime than why can he not be punished just because he is lacking 1/2 years in attaining his majority. Are you sure he will not trail other victim after his release?

The world has known the ugliness concealed behind the beautiful veil of this great India. They have openly claimed Delhi as RAPE Capital of the globe.

Are you still waiting for some more comments from International corridors? or is it enough for you to take needed actions now? So to all the respected rulers of my country- please know the fact that you need to see the things getting worse around you. The kind of embarrassment you fear about is not because of global unveiling of your country’s reality but it is inside in your nation. You need to tackle with your own dreadful veracity.

And lastly -  To all such ill-minded people. Stop discriminate a girl and a boy. She also has the same mind, same heart and same feeling as you have. Stop crushing her dream

Perhaps Another Daughter

Perhaps Unreal turns out to be Real!

It was a unreal life,

A unreal me and a unreal dream,

Roving through those unreal tunnels,

With hope of getting the real soon!!

But

It was nothing but a unreal fantasy,

The unreal characters, the unreal story!!

This feels me so many whiles,

But the real I was never wished to come to light!!

I wandered millions of instants

Thinking its real; rest is mere piece of mucks!!

I trust my soul and followed the trance,

But how could illusions lead me to the right path?

I thought again and again,

To get the answer that was still unseen!!

Is dis what i want to draw my life alike,

Or do i need a real picture throughout the life.

On my way of thinking, night turns in to light,

And an answer is awaiting me to realize.

So here i come out the veil

The real me with no reel!

No more unreality, no more delusion

This is the time to take the real roam!!!

A Battle between Heart and mind—No, perhaps fight between mind vs mind

So after a long break, thoughts caught me again and as always i am not ready how to make a beautiful wreath out of them. Let’s see how i do it.

It’s a beautiful night; in fact i must say nights are always beautiful, peace all around, innocent sleeping faces, lights off and a lovely calmness. Stars are also there but in a packed home, sorry you are not going to enjoy watching them, so here i have to adjust with ceilings and walls. :-P

I want to inscribe everything running inside me but still something is going mistaken. A lot of things perhaps bothering me to come outside and i have to make choice which one should get place.

Well ok I am done. Why should not i write about this dilemma of human heart and mind?

Actually these two are the worst weapons and also greatest hoarder many times. Firstly a war between both of them never stops; secondly you never know which one to follow. 

Seriously I never apprehend the notion why Heart behaves so babyishly or fervently. Perhaps god has put extra sensitive hormones in it. Or is it mind which is more sensible?

So, the confusion is who will decide either i am thinking with my mind or with my heart? :-P

Believe me this is question which is torturing me since the time i started intuiting the things.

They say follow your heart, i say where it is?

I am not clear yet which is mind's solution and which one is of heart.

A very torturing war i must say.

If thinking is task of brain; how can heart do this function? Is not blood pumping its task?  And if heart thinks then what brain's function is all about?
My whole study of biology gets question mark here and i am left with no answer in fact.

Isn't it, its only mind that thinks?
In my opinion there are two parts of mind ( I am not talking about biological classification)
and both of them ponder differently like two perception of a thing i.e. right or wrong.

One part of mind thinks sensitively and other practically. When the sensible part outshines, we calls it thinking from heart.
So is it sufficient to satisfy me?
No, not yet
perhaps I have not yet discovered any supposition and these wandering thoughts will be shattered as such.

What i believe is,
at every decision you have to use your practical mind because sensible part can’t access itself separately, that has to take support in order to give itself a meaning.
So, it’s the practicality which is going to carry the day.

For example-
i think i should do something, I desperately want to execute whatever is running in my mind but i don’t do that. Why? Because, my mind forbade me to do so and finally practical mind takes the lead.

For 2nd example-
if i say i should do it or not?
M I asking my heart (that is sensitive part of mind) to tell me?
Or m I asking my mind to analyze should i do it?

 Then

I follow only the answer given by mind i.e. second part

So, all I want to connote is you are ultimately going to follow your mind, because being a matured human, your senses ask you to analyze the thing.

And at that juncture the question of heart itself gets missing.

Fine, maybe it went quite confusing, and this war is never ever going to solve.
So with no hope to solving the puzzle
i shut up my mind and its thoughts and think something else.

Waiting to get the answer from someone somewhere…..

भोर के सूरज से शुरू होती ये कहानी, 
रात के अँधेरे में गुम हो जाती है,
दिन प्रतिदिन ये क्रम चलता  एक दिन ज़िन्दगी ही अस्त  हो जाती है!

एक आशा , एक उम्मीद जन्म  लेती रोज,
कुछ पूरी हो पाती, कुछ दम तोड़ती, कुछ दबा दी जाती है,
ना जाने कितने उत्साह , उमंग और उदासी के बीच , ये ज़िन्दगी जी जाती है!

कोई रोता कोई हस्ता ,
किसी के  होंठो कि मुस्कान झूठी है,
हर कोई भाग रहा  रंग बदलती इस ज़िन्दगी में, 
फिर भी सबकी दौड़ अधूरी है!!

जीवन चाह रहा हर कोई यहाँ, 
पर जीना किसी को आता नही,
हर पल मर रहे लोग  यहाँ, 
पर मौत को कोई पाता नही.!

कल की  कल्पना में उड़ान भरता हर कोई , 
पर बीते कल से कोई निकलता नही,
भविष्य क सपने ऐसे बुने कि 
आज को कोई याद करता नही!!

कोई पूछे मुझसे क्या मतलब इस नैया का जो अंततः डूब जानी  हैं,
क्यों कैसे जीए इस ज़िन्दगी को ,जो खुद ख़त्म हो जानी है!

उत्तर बेशक नही मेरे  पास देने को कि क्यों  ये कहानी  वही पुरानी है?

बस दिल में एक अहसास और आँखों में विशवास है,

माना कि नही मुझे तुझ पर कोई एतबार है, 

पर

कैसी भी हो ज़िंदगी मुझे तुझे से प्यार है!!

तू चाहए रास्ते  को मोड़े, या होंसलो  को तोड़े.

God- Your Disguise Character confuses me !!

It happened today when a cartoon movie “My friend Ganesha” took away all my attraction and forced me to think a million times about the drama, this god character does. I definitely must appreciate the coolness of virtual cinema. It is really charismatic. You think of god, you get the god before you. In the movie the Ganesha helps people as he is just another human being residing with the others likewise. Well, it’s not the only movie; some of them have also shown their brilliance by lifting the veil from god making him real.

I thought for a while why can’t he live with us or it could really happen that God would live with us, talk with us, wipe away all the problems. That would certainly have been really cool but this cannot happen in real.

Alas !! It can never be.

One thing that always unanswered me, Puzzled me up

Is god there?

I can even think of the probable answers of why there are seven colors of rainbow? Why the earth only holds the indispensable elements to survive here? But, when it comes to existence of god, my whole cleverness gets questioned. As sometimes yes, he is but at the other no, he is not. And sadly there are no convincing reasons to verify this yes and no. People argue on the existence of god.  Is not that pointless?

They discuss as they have seen him. Mere Bible, Geeta, Quran can’t attest the reality of god. I even speculate who wrote them actually. Did anyone see those writers or these mythological stories have left huge brunt on us that we endow the entire writing with legitimacy?

Well, I doubt the legality of this truth too. And when the god can’t come before me, how can I be so imprudent to acknowledge the existence of god.

 So that moment I decided not to recall him anymore

(As I was lying to myself or to him just for his respond to my action)

Sadly he didn't respond

As he never does still the belief that he is hearing me somewhere keeps me recalling him again and again even after his betray. I lie to myself daily just for him and he said lying is sin. So it’s what he wants me to do or to many more fatalities of his so called blessing. Why don’t you answer me, why can’t you see the pain inside?

Yes God, it’s you whom I bear in mind more than my breath but sadly you never heard and I know you won’t do.

And the bitter truth

Still I have to recall you forever!

Well many of us pass through the same state of mind, where there is no option except to ask the god as why don’t you do something (as he will come and do wonder). No matter how much IQ we human being have, It also does not matter, How much technologically advanced we human being are,

We are still unable to solve the puzzle named god. We can reach up to mars .We can find out life under the sea, but its god’ s identity who fails every bit of knowledge of human beings. Seems like god puts a challenge before us-

Find out me if you can.

But we can’t, and we never did.

And they said god is there

is it?

Either prove your validity of statement or just not recall the god.

I surely need to praise this god character, which without its presence keeps his charisma alive.

He is the real marionette jogger, who is amazingly rolling us.

We don’t know him but People say he is everywhere

Is not it something I already know? I can bet it’s not the human power which is operating the universe. It’s not the human power, which is in charge of the rain, winter or spring.  It’s not the human power that controls the blossoming of flowers, blowing of breezes.

Yes I know

No one but the supernatural power is doing this.

But where is It.?

When everything, he is driving is visible to us than why does not the driver appear before us?

Is it-

He plays a disguised act and we all redundantly accompany him? He had made all of us so dependent upon him that He is the only character who is sure to be recalled at last.

So, no option other than being puppet of his hand, I concluded without any conclusion. I ended up my thoughts and have admitted that itinerating for the answer if god is there, will prove nothing except my stupidity.

But yes, When People say, god does right, I would definitely say, everything you do can’t be right always. You should need to review of your actions as you make us to evaluate ours.

Another New Year, Do Resolution really work?

Just another 31st December and like many other fleeting years, 2013 will soon turn out to be a lasting memory in few hours, when the fresh sunlight of 2014 will embrace the world. Years come and go and no doubt will keep the trend continue but in between what we do, how we live, become memories..The idea of this blog came, when I asked someone to change something and he replied, few days, will do it from January 1st. So, before we bring the curtains down and wish each other happy new year, let me also think some do over, I would make in 2014.

January 1st is generally considered an all together different day and almost each one of us is supposed to kick off something which we are not so interested to do on any other calendar date. Accordingly, animating the ongoing trend and with the same kind of temptation to start New Year with bang, I also thought every possible thing, I should do in the coming year. Should I improve myself better? Should I reorganize the paths, I chose for myself? In short, I was supposed to ponder only on what should I do on 1st Jan itself, that would result in to a certainly a better year ahead.

But soon I realized, possibly with these such beliefs, I started the journey of 2013 also. Perhaps, I made many promises to be fulfilled in the long span of 365 days. But when all those 12 months are about to pass, I wondered, how many such resolutions I kept, how many promises I followed and when my mind is wandering to make such new resolutions, the thing pinches is-

Since the time, I started knowing the connotation of resolutions; I have made hundred of promises on 1st Jan and have broken them as well. So, why the 2014 would be different?  If changing oneself was actually so easy, we would have earned a long fan following until now. But, no, it’s not easy at all.  I realize, 1 st Jan 2014 also can’t be a voucher to a healthier living and obviously why should it be?  Isn’t it just another calendar date that comes after 31st and are not we all going to follow the same routine, doing the same chores on Jan 1st too?. So, why do all of us are so focused to bring out some changes in ourselves on 1st Jan only. Why not Feb 1st, March 1st and any other date of 12 months calendar. If changing oneself is persistent, I think people should start this from their b’day, at least they smear a new year in their life and we can count them too.

When, the 2013 is about to pass, if I figure out, perhaps I did many thing in the last year, which I should not have done, I sheltered many dreams away and opened gates to new ones. I made many wrong decisions, which if not made; life would have been different. So is this what, I resolutioned on 1st day of 2013, perhaps no.

In fact, there is no genuine revamp in life. And if the rest 364 days are going to be same, why should we give control of our life to Jan 1st only. Can’t we start anything new on any date; do we really need any particular date to alter ourselves? We can do it anytime, we want to do. Indeed taking recontrol of our life can be started this moment.

Though, refurbishment of life might not be held true, but do you really think that keep repeating the similar mistake again, just waiting New Year to stop you is right?Do you really need a new year to inhale a new life in to you?Well, you truly don’t need 1st Jan to revolutionize yourself and as the history showcases, you never did. It’s time to impede you from the justifications and senseless resolutions.

You can start today, you can start now.As it is not at all too delayed to embark on, it’s not at all too early to be perfect!!  “ 

The Old year has faded, the New Year has come
In between, what we did, become the memories awesome

Shopping in 2030, Imaginations do wonders – Lets figure out

Shopping is an expression which crafts an all together different feeling, eagerness or appetite in each human heart irrespective of the age factor and more surprisingly when it is mingled with imagination , I need not to explain, how radically thrilling it will be?

Since the time, I started sensing the literal mean of shopping; the same has transformed itself immeasurably. Not so long ago. Whenever the idea of shopping used to come in our mind, we imagined going to a market where so many shops, sellers would welcome you with different -2 products and you need to approach a particular shop for the things you desire to take home. But now, either calls it globalization effects or technological advancement, the concept of shopping has changed a lot. On one hand, shopping malls have progressively surpassed the single commodity market, on other side, online shopping or e-shopping has made its foothold alongside conventional shopping.

It is 2013 and no one can deny the blessings of internet technology which made it possible to purchase the things sitting at home. Obviously we should be very grateful to the e- shopping sites like e-bay and lot more which let us shop within minutes with variety of options to choose from.  Few clicks and your shopping is done. No wastage of time and no tension of bargaining. You need not to go anywhere and life seems so easy. And it is very apparent that within 10 or 20 years, online shopping will come out as a big mean of purchase as busyness or laziness whatever case will push us to sit at home and let the things drive human kind.

But when it comes specifically to imagine the concept of shopping in 2030, it takes us on utterly singular prospect, because imagination has no limits, its deeper then sea and higher then sky and above all, human imagination is most dangerous things ever.

I am sure, at the first glance of this question; many of people will take themselves in totally different world where robots are doing their all tasks, digitalisation all around and world is digitalized with wearable technology ahead of the age of small screens, though Smartphone, tab will still be there but with some more advancements. All will be enduringly connected with digitally connected glasses, watches and contact lenses and lot more. Where you need not to even click, you just command and your shopping is done.

Alongside, there is surely a group of people who will think about expansion of traditional shopping with superior shopping malls, where though they need to shop walking in the store, personalized references will be the principle influence of their buying decision.

Well, coming to my imagination of shopping in 2030, I being practical say that although 2030 will mark huge transformation in the shopping ways in form of digitalization, the traditional means of shopping will still be there alongside. Yes, it is true, the dependency on online purchasing will be higher but we can’t leave the other side of coin unseen which says, mass of the population does not trust the e- shopping concept. They doubt the payment mode; they still don’t accept the trustworthiness of online sites and their means of selling things. It’s acceptable that mindset of people is changing, but the very question is how much? We need to admit the fact that crowd still like to go for traditional shopping stores, where they can look, judge, try the stuff personally and then take them home after being fully satisfied.

However, it may happen that with population increasing at a rapid pace and limited area to survive, there will not be enough space to build new shopping malls and people will gravitate towards online shopping, but saying the complete digitalization will not be true. And in the country like India, where hardly 1/10 people go for online shopping, the conventional shopping will still be on top, as here people not only willing to observe look, ambience, presentation, but quality and quantity also matter a lot. And, it is masses we talk about, so shopping in 2030 will be both online and traditional.

Nevertheless, shopping in 2030 will exclusively be different concept and it may be even like that, where our imagination can’t reach right now. As my imagination say, it may be like that we even won’t need to click, we would just fix our eyes on the desired thing and it will be ours, the virtual screen will talk with us directly. It may be like that you need eye glasses, the virtual screen asks few questions and figure out your eye number and in few minutes, your specs are at your hand.

So to sum up, whet will be there in 2030, it’s all about future and future is unknown puzzle and as people say, let it be future, otherwise present will seem boring. So, until we get a clue,
